I have now reached the 2 month milestone after my hair transplant surgery in October at Hasson & Wong and here are my photos and thoughts.

Recovery has been much easier this time around, the recipient area has healed and there appears no redness to the eye. The scar is still healing and the tissue underneath is reforming this makes the scar feel a little sunken. I was given a haircut around 2 weeks by my girlfriend it was the first time she had used clippers before and went a bit crazy around my neck, it must have been revenge for something I didn’t do!

Thankfully my hair is growing crazy quickly partly down to the MSM supplements I have been taking. The twinges in the scar seemed to have disappeared and my scalp and neck area is not tight anymore I can look down at my feet without feeling a slight pull.  Numbness just exists above the scar which is normal I can feel some improvement and feeling in this area but overall it is still pretty numb.

The native hair in the recipient area has not been cut since a few days after the op and is growing in nicely, is there any of the new hairs from the latest transplant in there? Possibly a few but most would have shed. I have a spot in my hairline which could be a sign of new hairs starting to sprout.  I have had a good response to my short hair and beard which has given me a totally new look it is one of the best ways to take the attraction off your head.
